Woman Who Accused Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears of Sexual Coercion Files to Dismiss Lawsuit

The comedic skit shows the children taking part in a sexually explicit skit that Jane Doe claims traumatized them for life. But now, the suit is being dismissed.

On Tuesday, a woman who was involved in a sexually explicit comedic skit with Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears filed to dismiss the lawsuit. The U.S District Court for Central California was asked to dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice, meaning it can never be filed again. There was no reason given to the suit being withdrawn.

This is such a strong dismissal given the fact that Jane Doe says she and her younger brother were traumatized from being involved with Haddish, Spears, and the inappropriate skit entitled, "Through A Pedophile's Eyes".

Jane Doe gave a statement to TMZ saying, "We are glad that we can put all of this behind us. My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish many years - and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could harm us."

Her statement is sadly giving payout. Because for 8 years she felt that Haddish had brought harm to her and her brother as the lawsuit alleged that she and her brother suffered from social disorders. But now mysteriously, she now knows that Haddish wouldn't do anything to harm her or her family.

The lawsuit alleged that the skit caused social disorders for Jane Doe and her brother and that whatever was filmed made the little boy cry. When the mother of the young actors questioned Haddish about it, Haddish said she would get back to the mother but later the footage was "unusable" and had been deleted.

In 2018 when the video had been published to Funny or Die, the mother saw the skit and said that she never would've allowed her son to participate in a "child pornography skit" that stole the youth of her 14 year old daughter and 7 year old son. If you had the unfortunate opportunity to view clips of the skit, you would understand the mother's concern as her son was stripped to his underwear on camera for a skit that makes a joke about pedophilia.

Attorneys for Haddish and Spears have not responded for comment.

Tribe, what do you think? Do you think the family of Jane Doe was payed out to drop the lawsuit, or was it all a misunderstanding?
